Friendly and practical assistance

Our team will provide expert guidance and practical assistance throughout the buying process. We’ll keep you informed of progress, and we’ll respond quickly to any queries you may have.

Choices

Depending the stage at which you reserve your new home, we can offer you a selection of choices on kitchens and other fixtures and fittings. We will guide you through all the options to make the process clear and effortless.

Quality control at all stages

During the construction of your new home, we carry our continuous inspections throughout the build. We employ our own former building control officer and only use local tradesmen with reputations for quality and excellence.  This way we can ensure you get the quality of build you deserve.

Welcome Pack

Before occupation, a member of our team will walk you around your new home and demonstrate the fixtures, systems and appliances fitted, to ensure that you are happy and familiar with their operation. We also provide you with a Welcome Pack to help you run and maintain your home.

Courtesy Call

A few days after legally completing and moving into your new home, a member of our team will personally call to ensure that all is well with your new home.

One Month Inspection

At the end of your first month in your new home, we visit you a One Month inspection to check you are happy with everything.  This is an opportunity to discuss any issues or teething problems that may crop up. But of course you can talk to our team at any time.

Warranties

We provide a two year warranty with your new home and enforce any warranties provided by the manufacturers for the first year of occupation. Our Customer Service team will be on hand to offer you the necessary guidance.

Ten Year Zurich Building Warrenty

The industry regulated 10 year warranty cover is applicable to every Harrison Home. A comprehensive guide explaining the cover will be supplied with your Welcome Pack.
